Through an invitation from our clients Teck Hien embark on the implementation of BIM for a Government School Project.

A BIM committee was formed on 5th August 2013, 6 Teck Hiens’ management staff was enrolled to attend the Revit MEP Course to align with industry BIM practices.

BIM modelling is blended into the company’s standard project delivery process with an emphasis on collaboration. Information is harnessed from the architectural models to ensure accuracy and for value-added analysis.

We are attending the exhibition, invited by our Indonesia associate. Our Malaysia counterpart will do a presentation during a seminar on flood prevention technology.

IMS president, Jim Horton was in Singapore to do his regional visit. Every staff in the office met him, some of us the very first time. There was some discussion on the future projects we will be involved.

We were at the National Day Celebration Dinner on 6th August 2011 held at Serangoon. Guest of Honour is Mr Seah Kian Peng MP of Braddell Hights and Special Guest BG (NS) Tan Chuan Jin Minster of states, Ministry of National Development & Ministry of Manpower. It was a great opportunity for our company to attend this event, we look forward to the next year event.

We participated in a workshop on 4th July at Suntec Singapore, about the guidelines on Water Reuse by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency. Moving forward, we believe dredging will be an integrated part of managing water resources in Singapore.
